㽶Ƶ۰ State University (CvSU) received the Anti-Red Tape Authority (ARTA) Report Card Survey (RCS) Silver Award during the ARTA RCS Awards held at the Conrad Manila in Pasay City.

As the third top-performing among 150 state universities and colleges surveyed, CvSU achieved a very satisfactory rating of 93.52% in the 2023 RCS 2.0 cycle, reflecting the institution’s exemplary compliance with the requirements pursuant to Republic Act No. 11032 (Ease of Doing Business and Efficient Government Service Delivery Act of 2018).

The said award was received by Dr. Hernando D. Robles, CvSU immediate past president; Mr. John Xavier B. Nepomuceno, OIC of the Office of the University President; Dr. Almira G. Magcawas, Vice President for Planning and Development; and Dr. Melbourne R. Talactac, Vice President for Research and Extension. 

For the RCS 2.0, the ARTA assessed the government agencies’ quality of service delivery and adherence to RA No. 11032, with key performance indicators including submission of compliance reports, client satisfaction measurement, and awards and recognition.
